Clinical Coordinator
Gallery Dental is looking for a Clinical Coordinator to join our La Salle team!

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing support in various functions, including, but not limited to:
- Leading, managing and executing an effective hygiene/restorative schedule
- Welcoming all arriving patients
- Creating a relaxed and comfortable environment for patients
- Checking patients in and out of the computerized schedule
- Leading morning meeting
- Checking emails and answering them
- Answering phone calls as they come in, and taking comprehensive messages if someone is not able to take the call
- Making reminder and confirmation phone calls
- Tidying waiting area
- Dusting and cleaning the office
- Going through waiting list and calling patients to schedule an appointment
- Dropping bank deposit off at the end of the day
- Stabilizing production by booking the ideal day/blocked day format
- Monitoring the schedule throughout the day to ensure all runs smoothly and making adjustments if necessary
- Rescheduling late patients and/or no shows that occur during the day while keeping the hygienist and doctor productively busy throughout the day
- Checking aged receivables
- Tracking pre-determinations and making follow up calls
Location: La Salle, MB
Position Hours:
- Monday 11:30am – 8pm
- Tuesday & Thursday 9am – 4pm
- Wednesday 8:30am – 5pm
- Every other Friday 8:30am – 5pm
- Alternating Saturdays 8:30am – 5pm
