Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 2 Business Days’ notice from patients who wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. For patients who do not respect this there will be an $93.00 fee billed to their account.
Compassionate Exemption:
Gallery Dental reserves the right to make exceptions, and forego penalties for short-cancellations with compassionate rationale. These may include but are not limited to; sickness, sudden medical situations, or the death of a close family member.
Gallery Dental reserves the right to refuse treatment: If a patient fails to keep more than two appointments, Dr. Snidal may review their status as active patients. Gallery Dental also reserves the right to require a deposit when scheduling appointments.
