Meet Chris Milan – denturist for Gallery Dental Centre.  A native to Manitoba, Dentistry was far from his mind when graduating high school. After two years at Briercrest Bible College in Saskatchewan and graduating from the Associate of Arts program, Chris worked in construction for 6 years in Winnipeg, developing a passion for building and construction. After deciding to go back.  It was a challenging decision because it involved moving my wife and two children to Ontario so I could attend school in Toronto. In 2005, he graduated from George Brown College with honours and moved back to Manitoba to take over a rural denturist practice in Altona.  This is where life really started to get exciting!  It didn’t take much more than nine months and I was already working with Dr. Snidal in his Carman office.

Chris provides conventional dentures and partial dentures, has a strong interest in dental implants, providing dental appliances to help treat sleep disorder breathing, and stays current with new technology and procedures for improving dentures. He has spent many hours researching, studying and attending seminars on different implant systems, finding it fascinating to learn, but even more fulfilling to implement what is learnt.
